coolbuytech.com is an advertising reporting and account-management application. With your explicit authorization through Google OAuth 2.0, the Service may connect to Google Ads accounts that you are authorized to access through the Google Ads API.
- View Google Ads accounts you are authorized to access;
- View campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, budgets, bids, targeting settings, and related account data;
- View performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and related reporting data;
- Generate reports and analyses of authorized advertising data;
- Apply changes to an authorized Google Ads account only when you explicitly initiate or authorize the action.
Private Google Ads data is not made visible to unrelated users. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use account-management features;
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential;
- You are responsible for activity performed through your coolbuytech.com account;
- You must have the legal right and authorization to access and manage any Google Ads account you connect to the Service.
3. Google Account Authorization
- Access to Google Ads data requires your explicit consent through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow;
- coolbuytech.com requests only Google permissions reasonably necessary for the features you choose to use;
- You may review or revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions;
- Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
coolbuytech.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Changes to Your Google Ads Account
- Any modification to a Google Ads account, including bid, budget, targeting, campaign, ad group, ad, creative, or status changes, is made only at your explicit request or with your authorization through the Service and submitted via the Google Ads API;
- Connecting a Google Ads account does not authorize coolbuytech.com to automatically make unrelated or unsolicited changes;
- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming changes before they are applied and for understanding their potential effects on advertising spend, delivery, and performance;
- Google may reject, delay, limit, or otherwise control API operations under its own policies, permissions, quotas, reviews, or technical systems;
- coolbuytech.com does not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, spend level, delivery volume, or account performance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, connect accounts you are not authorized to access, access another user's data without authorization, circumvent authentication or API restrictions, disrupt or compromise the Service, or distribute malware, spam, fraudulent content, or unsolicited communications.
6. Prohibited Use of Google APIs and AI NCII
coolbuytech.com is an advertising reporting and account-management application and does not provide generative AI image or video creation functionality.
You may not use the Service, Google APIs, or Google user data through coolbuytech.com to create, facilitate, distribute, identify, or process non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or synthetic intimate imagery, deepfake sexual content, or other content prohibited by applicable Google policies.
7. Google API Services Compliance
coolbuytech.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
8. Privacy
Our collection, access, use, storage, protection, retention, disclosure, and deletion of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with Google Ads or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and availability commitments.
10. Service Availability

11. No Advertising Performance Guarantee

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, respond to security risks, comply with applicable law or third-party platform requirements, or address a material violation of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
