3. Changes to Your Google Ads Account
coolbuytech.com may provide features that allow you to create, update, pause, enable, or otherwise modify Google Ads resources, including campaigns, ads, bids, budgets, targeting settings, and statuses.
coolbuytech.com submits a modification to Google Ads only when you explicitly initiate or authorize that specific action through the App.
Connecting a Google Ads account does not authorize coolbuytech.com to make automatic or unrelated changes to that account.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
coolbuytech.com's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this Privacy Policy;
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize Google user data;
- We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, unrelated advertisers, or other independent third parties for their own purposes;

Unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for security or backup processes, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
- Changes to your ads — modifications submitted to Google Ads through coolbuytech.com are performed only at your explicit request or authorization.
8. Human Access to Google User Data
coolbuytech.com personnel do not access the content of your Google Ads account except where reasonably necessary to provide support that you specifically request and authorize, investigate fraud or a security incident, comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or maintain and troubleshoot the Service.
9. Responsible Use of Google APIs
coolbuytech.com is an advertising reporting and account-management application. It does not provide generative AI image or video creation functionality.
coolbuytech.com does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, facilitate, distribute, identify, or process non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or synthetic intimate imagery, deepfake sexual content, or other content prohibited by applicable Google policies.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, session management, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and operation of the Service. Google Ads API data is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.
11. Children's Privacy
